The automation and industrial robotics engineer's main challenges will be to :

- Participate actively in the department's decision-making process

- Plan and prepare the implementation of major automation projects using industrial robots, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), touch operator interfaces (HMIs), industrial communication networks, etc. (Engineering, design, programming, manufacturing management and commissioning).

- Estimate and manage engineering projects

- Participate in the development and design of new products using CAD;
- Improve product productivity and quality;
- Revise drawings;

- Collaborate with project managers and engineers;
- Operate a 3D design and drafting station (with Solidworks and Solid Edge);

Skills required:

- DEP in industrial drafting;
- More than 5 years experience in mechanical design;
- Master Solid Edge;
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical manufacturing;
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English is an asset;
